The previous week was used to compile all of the recorded Foley effects and implement them to the Logic workstation. This week I have gathered the remaining sound effects for the chase sequence and implemented them to the desired locations. With most of the sounds now placed appropriately, I have decided to record dialogue parts for specific sections of the chase sequence. These parts have applied specifically to the soilders who are pursuing Bolt.
By setting up the Behringer B2 condenser type microphone through the audio interface, I was able to perform the dialogue parts necessary live with the clip, this took some time in order to achieve the desired voices for the characters involved in the chase. Following the recording process, I applied a pitch shifter plugin to the voice tracks, in order to differentiate the voices between the soilders. With various adjustments made to the dialogue parts, each of the voice parts sounded different and unique. I then applied an equaliser tool to each of the voice tracks and adjusted them accordingly.
